The AI Experience is a one-day, hands-on AI training for companies at HubWerk01 in Bruchsal, Germany. It combines clear fundamentals with a use case workshop and ends with prioritized applications and an implementation roadmap.

One day of roughly 6 to 8 hours including breaks, preceded by a 15 to 30 minute pre-call and followed by a summary and roadmap.

Pricing is calculated individually based on group size, format and preparation effort, and is provided on request. All prices are net prices plus 19% German VAT.

None. The training is designed for people without a technical background, while experienced participants work on more advanced use cases in parallel.

Both. The morning covers fundamentals and best practices, the afternoon works on your own processes and use cases.

Use cases prioritized by benefit and effort, guardrails for safe adoption, an implementation roadmap with responsibilities, and optionally reusable prompt and workflow building blocks.

Yes. It can run on-site at HubWerk01 Bruchsal, at your premises, hybrid or fully remote.

We recommend 6 to 15 participants per session so the workshop phases stay productive. Larger organisations can book several sessions or a rollout package.

Optionally 2 to 3 processes or questions that matter to you. You receive a short checklist before the session; no further preparation is needed.

The exercises do not require personal or confidential production data. Data protection, roles and approval processes form a dedicated agenda block, including GDPR and EU AI Act aspects.

Depending on the German federal state and programme, training or digitalisation funding may apply. On request we provide a description of content, duration and goals for your application; the funding body makes the final decision.

Yes. Repeat sessions, rollout packages and follow-up deep dives can be planned – just mention it in the pre-call.

Meeting and workshop rooms of different sizes as well as event spaces are available. Every room includes modern presentation technology, WiFi and whiteboards; capacity and equipment are listed for each room on the overview page.

Day rates range from €238.00 to €1,166.20 gross (€200.00 to €980.00 net), depending on the room. Exact prices are listed for each room on the Rooms page. Members of Digital Hub Region Bruchsal e.V. receive a 50% discount.

Depending on the room you can choose a 2-hour slot, half day morning, half day afternoon, evening or full day. Available slots and their prices are shown for each room during booking.

Select a room, choose date and time slot, add optional details and complete the booking at checkout. You then receive a confirmation email with all details.

You sign in with a customer account or create one during booking. This lets you review your bookings later, store your contact details and – if applicable – validate your membership number for the discount.

Yes. Several rooms can be combined in the cart; double bookings of the same room in the same period are prevented by the system.

Rooms can already be booked, mutually exclusive (for example when a large room consists of several smaller ones) or reserved for members only. The booking system shows a note in these cases.

Each room has a maximum capacity that is checked during booking. For larger groups please contact us in advance at info@hubwerk01.de.

WiFi, presentation technology (screen or projector), whiteboard/flipchart and seating are included by default. The exact equipment and included services are listed in each room detail view.

We arrange drinks and catering through regional partners on request. Simply state your requirements in the notes field of the booking form and we will come back to you with a suitable offer.

Yes. Send an email to info@hubwerk01.de including the booking number from your confirmation email. The published cancellation terms you confirmed at checkout apply.

The terms published on the "Cancellation terms" page apply and must be confirmed at checkout. The room usage agreement applies in addition.

Invoicing takes place after the event to the address you provided in the booking form. Online payment is currently not required.

Yes. An iCal calendar feed is available that you can subscribe to in Outlook, Teams or Google Calendar. Request the link at info@hubwerk01.de.

Parking is available at Werner-von-Siemens-Strasse and Bruchsal train station is a few minutes away. For questions about barrier-free access, send a short message to info@hubwerk01.de.

The AI Experience is a hands-on training format that introduces employees and managers to the productive use of artificial intelligence – from fundamentals and prompting to concrete use cases in their daily work.

For companies, institutions and teams of any size. No prior knowledge is required; content is adapted to the participants experience level and industry.

Depending on the format from half a day up to several modules over a longer period. We agree the right setup with you in a preliminary meeting.

Both are possible: at HubWerk01 in Bruchsal with full technical equipment, or as an in-house format at your premises. Hybrid formats are available on request.

Yes, all participants receive a confirmation of attendance. Certified formats such as BrandschutzhelferDIGITAL® additionally include a certificate.

Depending on company size and federal state, various funding programmes may apply. Talk to us – we point you to suitable programmes and provide the necessary documents.

Yes, many formats are open to everyone. Some events are reserved for members – this is stated in the respective announcement.

The easiest way is our newsletter. Registration uses a double opt-in procedure; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

At some events we take photos for public relations. We inform participants on site; if you do not want to appear in photos, just let us know.
