Digital Employees / Agentic AI
How digital employees can complement a company: the training shows which recurring workflows can be partly automated with AI agents – in a controlled, traceable way and with clear limits.
Today, AI can not only generate text but also carry out work steps. This training explains in plain language what agentic AI and digital employees can do, where the limits are and how recurring tasks become controlled AI workflows.
Contents
- Clarifying terms: assistance, workflow automation, digital employees and agentic AI – capabilities and clear limits
- Recognising suitable tasks: recurring, rule-based, information-intensive and with manageable risk
- Designing agents: task, knowledge, tools, permitted actions, escalation, quality control and human approval
- Managing risks: incorrect output, permissions, data protection, attack patterns and unintended actions
- Use-case canvas: working out one or two concrete candidates as a concept
The full-day format adds a process analysis with a target concept, the prototype of a limited digital employee or a build plan, and a test and rollout plan.
Result: A prioritised use case with an agent concept, risk and control points and a realistic next implementation step.
Format: Half day (approx. 3.5 hours of net learning time) or full day (approx. 6.5 hours of net learning time). Input, live demonstration, guided practice and transfer to participants' own work.
Suitable for: Managers, specialists, process owners and digitalisation and innovation teams. Productive use requires approval by the department, IT, data protection and security.
