6th Innovators’ Night

Current transformations require a great deal of innovative spirit within companies: technologies, products, services, business models, leadership and interaction styles, processes, methods, and much more need to be reinvented.

The 6th Innovators’ Night will take place on October 15, 2026.

As an innovation manager, you will benefit from valuable impulses and industry insights at the Innovators’ Night. Twice a year, you will meet colleagues from various companies for a targeted exchange of experiences. The common goal is to strengthen the innovative power of regional companies through targeted networking and knowledge sharing in an inspiring atmosphere.

These are our highlights on October 15, 2026:

The Experiment:

The challenges for our economy are not getting any smaller – and the answers to them rarely emerge in a single meeting or through the ideas of a few experts. Innovation happens where different perspectives come together and people are willing to question the status quo.

This is exactly what we want to test with the 6th Innovators’ Night.

This time, we are deliberately forgoing classic presentations or parallel breakout sessions. Instead, we will all work together on a single guiding question:

How do we move our economy forward again?

Between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM, we invite all participants to contribute their thoughts at interactive terminals. In doing so, they will switch between three perspectives:

• Management & Company
• Team & Organization
• Me & my personal contribution

At each station, specific questions will encourage reflection. There are no right or wrong answers – what matters are honest experiences, bold ideas, and different points of view.
We are excited to see what results the AI-supported evaluation will provide and what impulses and inspiration we can take away to move our economy forward again.

Networking:
Intensive networking and community building over snacks and drinks.
