Cancellation Policy
As of: 10/2026 — The German version is legally binding.
These cancellation terms apply to room rentals from Digital Hub Region Bruchsal e. V. (hereinafter "the lessor").
As long as we have not yet confirmed your booking, no contract has been concluded. During this time you may withdraw your booking at any time free of charge – in your customer account or by email. The provisions below apply only once we have confirmed your booking.
How to cancel
You can cancel your booking in two ways:
- In your customer account: Sign in and use the cancel or withdraw button for the booking concerned.
- By email: Write to events@hubwerk01.de. The time of receipt by us is decisive.
If your booking starts more than 21 days from now, cancelling in your customer account takes effect immediately and the slot is released. If it starts in 21 days or less, your entry is a cancellation request: the slot initially remains booked and our team will contact you. You receive an email confirmation in both cases.
What it costs
What counts is the number of calendar days between the day your cancellation reaches us and the day the booked time starts. The time of day is not relevant. The basis for calculation is the agreed order value (OV).
- more than 21 days before: free of charge
- 21 to 15 days before: 30 % of OV
- 14 to 8 days before: 40 % of OV
- 7 to 4 days before: 50 % of OV
- 3 days or less before: 100 % of OV
You remain entitled to prove that your cancellation caused us no damage or substantially less damage than the flat rate stated above. In that case we will only charge the damage actually incurred.
If you arrange an alternative date, or if we can rent the room to someone else, we will usually find an amicable solution. Please talk to us.
Termination for good cause
Both parties are entitled to terminate the usage contract without notice for good cause. Good cause for termination without notice by the lessor exists in particular if the lessee conducts an event other than the agreed one, or if this is to be feared.
