Langdock in Your Organisation
Langdock as a shared AI workspace: participants learn to set up team workflows, knowledge sources and internal assistants in Langdock in a useful and responsible way.
Langdock gives organisations a protected AI workspace for teams. This training shows how teams can use the platform for recurring tasks, knowledge use and their own assistants.
Contents
- Finding your way around the platform: suitable models and applications, workspaces, knowledge sources and roles
- Team workflows: supporting recurring tasks with prompts, templates, knowledge access and clear review steps
- Planning internal assistants: target group, scope, knowledge, response style, limits and escalation paths
- Responsible use: data classification, permissions, quality assurance and documentation
- Hands-on: creating a concrete assistant or workflow draft
The full-day format also builds a concrete use case for the team: knowledge base, system instructions, test scenarios, standards for prompts and assistants, and a plan for maintenance and expansion.
Result: A practical concept – optionally a first tested assistant or workflow – for a clearly defined task.
Format: Half day (approx. 3.5 hours of net learning time) or full day (approx. 6.5 hours of net learning time). Input, live demonstration, guided practice and transfer to participants' own work.
Suitable for: Organisations that use or are introducing Langdock as their central AI platform, as well as departments and multipliers. Specific settings depend on the existing Langdock environment.
