    Prompting & Prompt Engineering

Better results through clear instructions: participants learn to phrase tasks for AI so that the results become usable, verifiable and repeatable – with tried-and-tested templates for their own work.

Anyone who uses AI regularly quickly notices that the quality of the results depends on how the task is set. This training teaches prompting as a practical quality and workflow skill – easy to follow, without technical ballast and based on the participants' own tasks.

    Contents

    • From question to instruction: goal, role, context, information, criteria and desired output format
    • Working iteratively: draft, follow-up questions, revision, cross-checking and comparing variants
    • Practical patterns: summarising, rephrasing, structuring, analysing, generating ideas and finding counter-arguments
    • Ensuring quality: fact checks, source requirements, dealing with uncertainty and clear acceptance criteria
    • Prompt lab: participants improve their own prompts over several rounds

Result: Everyone takes away tried-and-tested prompt templates; the team gets a starting point for a shared prompt library.

Format: Half day (approx. 3.5 hours of net learning time). Input, live demonstration, guided practice and transfer to participants' own work.

Suitable for: Teams that regularly use chatbots or generative AI for writing, analysis, planning or communication.
